What I Am Thankful For

It’s Thanksgiving morning, and since I’m not allowed to cook anything for the big family dinner, I’ve got some free time to think about the things I’m thankful for this year: (1) The tears streaming down Jesse Jackson’s face as he heard the news that an African-American had been elected President of the United States. (2) The fact that out of the five biggest players in the presidential election (Obama, McCain, Biden, Palin, and Clinton), only two were white males. Truly an astounding moment
