HARARE, Zimbabwe (AP) – The U.N. Security Council is unanimously criticizing Zimbabwe’s one-candidate presidential runoff. The Security Council says it agrees that “conditions for free and fair elections did not exist” in Zimbabwe. The council says it regrets that Friday’s election was held.
